Booking policies and procedures, Cancellations & What to know for your visit

Booking

Hours shown are my availability for appointments and therefore do not constitute solid business hours. As I am independent, I come in based off of how many appointments I have for the day.

 

I will be happy to answer any DM inquiries during posted availability hours. The best method to reach out is via Instagram or texting the number provided. I rarely have time to answer phone calls when I'm with clients so by texting I can get back to you faster!

After booking you will receive a text, email or both confirming your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel as you need but please be aware of my cancellation policy.

Pricing Inquiries

 To best assess your hair, please fill out this Virtual Consultation Form to the best of your ability.  I will get back to you within 48 hours via email with an approximate price range for the service you desire. Please note that texture, density, hair length and the existence of previous color can increase the quote you receive. This will be addressed at your appointment if additional costs will be incurred.

 

 

Please be aware that in order to book an appointment, a valid credit card must be on file. Removal of the card on file will result in an immediate appointment cancellation.

Cancellations

Square allows you to book, reschedule and cancel without having to reach out to me. Please be mindful of my business' cancellation policy and any fees that may occur should you cancel outside of the appropriate time frame as follows:

 

Any cancellation within 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in half (50%) of the service being charged to the card on file.

 

Any no show appointment will be charged 100% for the missed service. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
